
Saba Siddiki is the Chapple Family Professor of Citizenship and a Professor in the Department of Public Administration and International Affairs at Syracuse University. She is also the Director of the Center for Policy and Governance. She earned her Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Colorado Denver in 2011. Her research focuses on policy design, collaborative policymaking, institutional theory and analysis, and regulatory implementation and compliance.

Davor Mondom is the Center Coordinator for the Center for Policy Design and Governance at Syracuse University. He manages day-to-day operations and events related to the Center and its affiliated entities. He earned his Ph.D. in History from Syracuse University in 2019.

Cali Curley is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Miami. Previously she was an Assistant Professor at the O’Neill School at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. Cali earned her Ph.D. in Public Administration and Public Policy from Florida State University in 2014. Her research focuses on local government policy design and adoption. Cali co-organized ICPPD 2023 at the University of Miami.
